The closed-loop design of this flat band fits comfortably around the upper or lower legs, so you can exercise the muscles of the hips and legs. No messy powder. The design of the Fit-Loop eliminates the need to tie knots.
The length is 41" and circumference is 82" which is longer than other bands. And this loop is wider than most other bands for comfort. Great for Lower Body Exercises.

Made of 100% Pure Latex Rubber, these powerbands are similar to the Woody band and is widely used as a CrossFit assisted pull-up band. Also popularized as powerlifting bands, these heavy duty bands are often used in conjunction with free weights to offer natural ascending resistances levels; attach the bands to weight bars, benches or squat racks for added resistance during lifts and explosive exercises. Applicable for use with or without weights.
They are for SUPER stronger benchers, and for exercises involving the lower body, calves, quads, hamstring and glutes. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
